To me that looks like someone (not the factory) added the side windows to a standard Delivery.
I agree with Dan. Now, for the string on the body. Is that some sort of Bugs Bunny alarm system?
Add cans at either end and you have a communication system.
Adding cans to that string would be an improvement over the local phone company we have here now.
By the way I am just across the county from this truck if somebody needs in person honest appraisal.
