UPDATE: Price dropped to $800. Eric notes that that winch is a hand crank rather than a PTO driven winch like I originally thought.

No PTO, the winch is hand cdank.
Thanks Eric. That winch is mounted pretty high for a PTO winch anyway. Not sure where my brain was on that one!
