Question. First new to your site and love it. Spend a lot of time there. How do I find out weather a jeep has been sold or not with no contact info. And not on eBay anymore. Does that mean its sold?
Hi Jesse,
I list all the contact info I can find. In many instances it means I only have a link to a craigslist ad’s email address.
– If you click on a craigslist link and the ad is still up, 99% of the time that jeep or part is still available.
– If you click on a craigslist link and it says ad expired, the jeep or part is probably still available and we have to wait for the seller to relist. Sometimes seller’s list right away and some will wait a couple years.
– If you click on a craigslist link and it says the author deleted ad, then the item is probably sold.
I keep many expired ads for reference and teaching purposes.
If you are looking for something specific, drop me an email and I can probably help you out with some specific searches.
Thanks for asking,
– Dave
