Both of the steps on this jeep have been thickened in some manner. I’d check the front frame rails out as well.

Way too much money for a Jeep in this bad of condition. Where are the tool indents? The wiring looks crappy, what and why is there a plate on the front frame section? By the way, if you’re going to put tire black on the tires rub all the way around the inboard side of the tire.
Looks like it has a tailgate.
