This is rare alirght, buy I think it is the paint job that makes it so rare; don’t seem many rainbow FCs!
“This is a rare find. A Jeep FC 150 from the 50’s. I believe it’s a 56 but similar measurements with the 57 cause confusion. As you can see by the photos, it’s in need of a total restoration. For the age, the body is in pretty good shape. The drivers side has a dent. The windshield is cracked. The engine is there but as I said, it needs a mechanic. The bed is in tact. I saw one small hole but other then that, it looks good. The color on the body appears to be original, multi-colored. I have seen other trucks like this one restored and they look really cool and different. There arn’t many of these around so who ever drives it around will get a lot of attention and questions!! If you are seriously interested, contact me with any questions and I’ll get right back to you. If your in need of more pics, I can do that too.”
I’m not surprised about the rainbow color, knowing that it came from the California Coast where all the “rainbow people” congregate. Rumor has it that you got free cocaine in the glove box when you bought a DeLorean. I wonder if you get free canibus when you buy this FC truck? (lol)

Now, now, I lived on the California coast for 3 years and spent plenty of time in Santa Cruz. Just cuz those folks appear to be of limitied means, don’t judge them based on that. In fact, based on what I saw and experienced, you’d be equally likely to find cannabis, coke, oxy, X and heroin (Santa Cruz Mtns was infested with it). But then, there have been plenty of drug busts here in remote Boise, too …. 🙂
