UPDQTE: **SOLD** Was $18,500.
I’ve spent a good chunk of time in Watsonville. I built a ballet studio there. I actually danced in a Nut Cracker Ballet during that period, too. That was for ex-wife #2. Hmmm … Let’s talk about the truck instead …. Here’s a beautiful truck. Check out the bumper in the last pic.
“47 Willys Pickup; 327; 4 Speed; 4 inch chopped top; 6 inch extended cab; power steering; new upholstery; sprayed on bedliner; driven 200 miles since completionk; $18,500 OBO;”
It appears you’re a man of many talents, Willys fan, web site guru, and ballet dancer. There’s got to be a few interesting stories concerning the ballet dancing portion of your life, how about some more information please? Also, concerning the ex wives, wouldn’t it be easier in the long run to just give all your stuff and money to a woman you don’t know (or like) every five or so years?
Just wondering.
Oh, I’m a movie star too … I have at least two movie credits. In the first, I had a non speaking, but pivotal roll as the anonymous diner. I had to carry the scene as the camera panned from the Jazz singer to the B-grade (or C-grade) movie actors. In the second movie, I got to show my better side .. errr, my ass … what I like to call “the butt shot”. Of course, it was critical to the movie. Every movie needs a good butt, yes??
I can guarantee you’ve seen neither movies 🙂
I did get paid in cash … $1 per movie. I need a new agent!!!!
Like Paul says
“wouldn’t it be easier in the long run to just give all your stuff and money to a woman you don’t know (or like) every five or so years?”
I would change it to….
“wouldn’t it be easier in the long run to just give all your stuff and money to a woman you don’t know every twenty five minutes once or twice a week or so”
She might charge extra for the ballet dancer thing but what ever tickles your fancy
Well, except for the tools in my garage (amassed over the last few years to build Biscuit) and the tools in my kitchen (my knives, cutters, choppers, slow cookers, and pans), I don’t have much else, money included, to give away any more! But, that’s ok, cuz I really don’t like having a lot of stuff around anyway. What a strange trip it’s been 🙂
Is you Jeep truck 4-wheel drive?
if not, what would it take to convert, reasonably?
Is the truck lowered? if so how much?
Could you please forward additional pictures to my E-mail address
Are there Power Brakes?
Please provide a resonable description of the suspension
What gears are in the rear.
Driving 60mph what is it tacking?
and what would you let thetruck go for?
Thanks
Mike
Hi Mike,
You’ll need to contact the seller at the phone number listed above.
Based on what I see, this does not look like a 4wd truck, it is lowered, it appears to have disc brakes (so are likely power too).
