Sounds like boat parts according to their description.
The three items on the hood are aircraft wheelpants, usually made of plastic and installed around the wheels in an attempt to increase maximum airspeed. Since they limit tire size and here in Alaska we like to operate aircraft with giant tires these wheelpants are quickly removed and usually thrown away. On the small two seat aircraft I used to work on we ran 35 inch tall tires inflated to no more than eight psi.
