It’s unclear exactly what the foundation for this jeep is, but the body is definitely stainless. The soft top is unusual too; note the buttons up the side.

It looks very much like the 2WD Jeepney body, that is so common in the Philippines. About 10 years ago, I could buy a new Stainless Jeepney for about $3500. It had Toyota running gear. After WWII, a lot of Jeeps left behind there were stretched out into buses. These are still used today.
