UPDATE: Pics added … thanks to Jim for cluing me in about them!
There were two FCs being auctioned today in Salem Or. That will teach me to travel!
“2 Willy’s Jeeps on auction this Sat. in Salem: 1958 Willys/Jeep FC PU, 1962 Willys/Jeep FC PU. This car will be sold at auction on Saturday the 6th.”
I did see the pics at the auctioneers site. Both trucks looked to be in IRWIPI * condition. Flat tires etc. They would have required flat bed towing. There were lots of higher priced vehicles, so these might have gone cheap.
(*It Ran When I Parked It)
Heard that the Fc-150 went fo $2,000 and the FC-170 went for $1,500. Both were sold to the same guy.
Thanks Dennis. Well, hopefully he got himself a couple deals!
They both look to be in decent enough shape with a little elbow grease could drive….
Dennis is right about the price. I made it to the auction. I didn’t bid on the 170 ’cause I knew Brad would outbid me anyway. I told him to leave the 170 for me but he wanted both of them. He trailered them (separately) home to McKenna, WA behind his ’96 Cherokee with a 4.0 (NOT a Grand Cherokee). What load for it.
In McKenna? Cool … My sister lives there … maybe I’ll get to see them when I’m visiting!

Oh yeah…the guy (Brad) is is into and has antique trains. Real trains. Not toys.
