DAVE, IT LOOKS LIKE A CHROME M38 WINDSHEILD( removable center) AND GRILL(turn single openings) TO ME .TAIL GATE YA AND IT DOSE LOOK TO HAVE JEWELS HOOD LATCHES., BUT I COULD BE WRONG ? NICE LOOKING JEEP
You’d likely be more right than I. The reason I was unsure whether it was stainless or not was that it appeared too shiny.

DAVE, A LITTLE WAX AND SUM SUN…..LOL. ITS DOWN IN CALIF IT MIGHT BE BRITTER THERE…LOL
If anyone located out of the area is interested in this Jeep, I can look at it for someone. Its about 20 minutes from my house.
I called and talked to owner of the willys and he told me chrome not stainless but does have jewels hood latches.
Today is April 2nd. This car has expired with no sale. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the guy trying to get a handle on what he’s actually looking for. He says he’s going to take it to Barrett-Jackson. I don’t think he understands who the buyers are at BJ – half are dealers who then ‘flip’ the car – the other half are investor types with a lot of dollars and not much sense. The car in question here sounds like it’s been done very well – take a look at the engine compartment – a place for everything and everything in its place.
