This started out at $3500, but the price has dropped to $2500. There’s definitately some rust on this one.
“Early 60’s foreward control Jeep.Been in a barn for 5 years. Got it started and drove it around. Engine is great, trans and transfer work ok. Brakes need bled but work. Driver and passenger floorboards need repair, but usable.Rear cab corners rusted but small enough to repair with fibreglass i think. Beds rusty and there is surface rust.Great ranch vehicles with very little wwork. Last one I saw for sale on e bay that was similar to this they were asking $3500 and it didn’t run. Asking $3500, but will listen to offers. Wife wants it gone. e mail or call Wes 541-504-7158”
i’ve seen these go for that price but they have been patially restored with minimal work needed, so seeing the price that he said he saw one go off for without the motor it must have had quite of bit of work done to it. by the way there’s a restored FC in grants pass for 6500 don’t know if it’s still there now
Yeah .. I agree. I suspect the price on this one will drop some more.
it’s crazy what people are asking for these and the main people who sell them at outrages prices live in the city but if I go out to the coutry side and find one for the same conditon they’re alot of times jeeps are cheaper and more mechanically sound
Some people think that just because they are rare…it means people want them……lol…. Takes a special person to love an FC….. I spotted one in Utah last week…Wanted to take it home but there was no sign in it and I wasn’t driving…. =(
What part of Utah … I’m down there often.
