I’m not positive, but I believe this version of the Borg Warner Overdrive can be used by a variety of 50’s and 60’s vehicles including jeeps with the dana 18 transfercase. Here’s an article that explores the overdrive issue on older jeeps.

Because it’s a part ad, craigslist only let’s it stay on for a week before making it expire. Because it says ‘ad expired’ rather than ‘deleted by author’ I suspect the overdrive is still available. I’ll watch for it and let you know if I see it.
