UPDATE: **SOLD** Was listed at $850.
No engine, but looks like it has possibilities. The hood appears to have a dent on the passenger side.
“No engine, very straight, has trans and transfer case. also have 2.3 Ford four cyl. that I was going to put in it, $1000 firm for all.”
At least the glass looks good.
“Here is a pair of Jeep FC150. 1500 FOR THE PAIR. includes two extra motors. Build one with both. Call 860-916-1237”
This looks pretty good. Lots of pictures of it at the seller’s website. The front bumper and/or frame rails look a little pushed down to me.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was Make Offer
This appears pretty stock. It might be worth a look if the seller isn’t unreasonable about the price.
“I am selling my 1948 willys jeep. Needs to be restored. All complete. Its been sitting for a few years, still very solid! 6 volt system. Comes with many extra parts, fenders, windshield, gas tank, exhaust, hubs, wheels, etc. Don’t need to sell so I won’t jump on any low ball offer. I would rather see someone enjoying it instated of it just sitting. Make me a reasonable offer.”
There’s a bunch of interesting stuff for auction. The truck doesn’t appear in great shape. Scroll through the pictures to see more pics of it.

“1948 Willys Jeep CJ2A: This Jeep is in the process of a frame-off restoration. It is not finished yet…but a lot of the hard work is done. The engine is rebuilt. It has a new carburetor, radiator, all tune-up items, belts, hoses, etc. It comes with new floors. The frame is painted (has a few scratches). The body is sandblasted and ready for minimal rust repairs and floor replacement. It comes with a Skyjacker suspension lift (as well as the factory suspension), roll bar, etc. Lots of new parts are included (brake parts, bearings and seals, etc.). It is complete other than a few little things missing (easy to obtain parts). I also have a manual printed in 1966 from Jeep that will be of assistance. The Jeep has a lot of potential and will make a great project. This is a rare toy.
Thanks. Matt 785-817-7126″
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,900
(03/23/2011) At $10,900, there is NO windshield included. I’m sure it’s a solid jeep though. I think that front hangs a little low in the pic form the side.

Just a couple posts tonight due to a site issue I’m puzzling through. Don’t forget to check out the latest jeeps for sale on ebay here and check out the new Willys Toys eBay Page. Not only are the lists fun to browse (at least I enjoy them), but every time you click, you are supporting eWillys 🙂
Roberto pointed out that it was International Women’s Day and shared some old pictures of women and their jeeps, some you might have seen and others you might not have. The first one is a picture I found on Flickr.
“Nice original 4 x 5 inch Signal Corps photo taken by the 167th Signal photo company of 11th Armored Division soldiers bringing back two captured German prisoners. Notice the M3 grease gun and .30 cal. on this super clear photo. The soldiers in the photo are idd on the back as is the photographer with a date of Jan13, 1945. Check out my other auctions for more original WW1 and WW2 photos”
UPDATE: CapnJohn obtained the following info related to Selouki:
“We don’t have a photo of the front of this vehicle but this manual covers the Selouki 1/4 Ton Truck model 4WD-25T.This Jeep like vehicle was produced by Highway Products Inc, Kent, Ohio.
Highway Products, Inc., Kent, Ohio was formed by Joseph Thomas ‘Joe’ Myers in 1960 to manufacture truck bodies for specialty markets such as mobile post offices. In addition to mail trucks and mobile post offices the company also manufactured small boats for both military and commercial use, missile launchers and engines. In 1968 Highway Products introduced a 25-passenger bus and sold it under the Twin Coach name. Joe Myers sold the company to Alco Standard in the early 1970s. Alco Standard bought the Cortez Motor Home line of products and manufactured the motor homes in the Kent, OH production facilities of Highway Products. Approximately 900 buses were built under the Twin Coach name when production stopped in October, 1975, due to bankruptcy. Joe Myers also served as the President of the Davey Tree Expert Company and was married to John Davey’s granddaughter, Marilyn Davey.“
Glenn spotted this unusual manual.
I wanted to thank Marty and Herm for sharing some warm and dry space for Sunday’s swap meet in Puyallup, so stop by and say hello. I’ll be more specific about our location after we visit Saturday for the setup.
I’ve got signs, books, and maybe event some t-shirts (if Ann and I can perfect the emulsion process, which is proving slightly problematic). Ann got some shirts and a jacket embroidered for the event, so it will be easy to spot us. I will also have some examples of the Dolan’s posters, too.
Here are our embroidered shirts:
JJ is looking for the following jeep:
“I bought this 1947 CJ2A in 1996 from a guy named Martel south of Chicago in Palos Park, Illinois for $600 and sold it for $600 in 1997 for $600 to an elderly gent who was from the area east of where I lived in Tinley Park, Illinois. It had been well restored before I owned it but financial problems and mechanical inexperience back then in my misspent youth prevented me from proper upkeep. It was painted a metalflake emerald green and sported a unique front bumper and a vent cover in front of the drivers side on the front panel. I have no record of the serial number from the engine block and it had no title. I was wondering if anyone had seen it? Ever?”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
It runs and drives.
“THIS IS A 1961 WILLYS JEEP FORWARD CONTROL CAB AND CHASSIS. STARTS QUICK AND PURRS LIKE A KITTY. IT DRIVES AS GOOD AS IT RUNS. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WORKS GREAT IN HI AND LOW RANGE AND FRONT LOCKOUT HUBS TURN LOCKED OR UNLOCKED LIKE NEW
THERE IS NO BOX WITH IT BUT WE HAVE ALL THE CAB PARTS, ALL LIGHTS ETC TOO. THE PASSENGER SEAT IS MISSING THE CUSHIONS BUT DRIVER SEAT IS COMPLETE BUT NEEDS COVERING.
WE HAVE ALL THE WINDOWS BUT REAR AND DRIVERS DOOR WINDOW’S ARE CRACKED. EASY TO GET MADE BECAUSE THE ARE BOTH FLAT GLASS AND REASONABLE.
IT WILL MAKE A NICE FLAT-BED PICKUP OR LIGHT DUMP BED TRUCK. TIRES ARE ALL NEW AND THE WINDSHIELD IS GOOD, SOME SLIGHT FOGGING NEXT TO THE RUBBER ON EACH SIDE.
WE HAVE PUT IN A NEW WIRING HARNESS AND RECONDITIONED THE HEATER.
IT NEEDS SOME BODY WORK AS PHOTO’S SHOW BUT WILL MAKE A GREAT USABLE LITTLE TRUCK WHEN COMPLETED.”
