As Brett notes, this looks like a M-38 with a 2A windshield.
“Needs restoration, body is actully in very good shap. Mostly suraface rust. $1000 firm or will trade for 4×4 fourwheeler. If serious email me your name &number and I will call you or just email me and if I think you are really interested I’ll give you my number if you are more comfortable with that.”
M38 with 2A glass I say. You can see a battery lid and I can almost make out grill hinges.
