UPDATE: Here’s Joel’s pic of the underside showing it has a 2A-like bell crank setup rather than an MB setup:
===================================
Original Post: Joel shared this 1943 MB being online-auctioned as part of the M-20 Surplus Military store closure in Michigan. He notes that this MB has a CJ-2A frame. The auction lasts through October 23.

“This 1943 Army Willys MB Jeep is a real WWII Jeep. It’s an original! Fun to own a piece of American History! Does turn over, needs TLC Was running when put in the building!”
How can you tell it is a cj frame?
Jim,
Joel told me via email. He saw it in person. The images supplied in the ad don’t give me enough info to confirm this.

Jim,
Joel provided a pic of the underside showing the Bell Crank mount on the front cross member rather than on the axle. I’ve added it to the post.
