Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

If the sedan went for $13.5K, how much did the other Willys go for?
I like the green/green paint scheme on the Jeepster
Colin says the Jeepster went for $27,500. I don’t have any info handy on the other ones. I’m sure it is listed on their website.

These were all excellent examples of Willys vehicles. The Aero was a model 685, which means it had the F-head 161 six cylinder engine. Couldn’t see inside to tell if it had the overdrive button but my guess is it did. Always liked the Aeros and wish I had room for one now! The Willys wagon was very well done and I will check to see what it goes for as it is also one of my favorites.
Wonder if I could talk the wife into the Green/Green color combo. We are at Burgundy/Black right now
Colin shared these prices:
On Saturday:
1955 Willys Pickup sold Thursday evening for $74,800! The seller told us he had over 100K in the restoration. He took a hit and knew that was going to happen.
1953 Willys Aero Sedan, F-head 6 with OD, sold Tuesday for $14,850 (an excellent buy for an unrestored car!)
1950 Willys 2WD station wagon, Lightning 161 6 cylinder with OD, sold Wednesday for $25,850.
On Sunday:
A really nice modified 1962 Willys 4wd pickup sold for $52,000. Very nice, raised suspension, large wheels and tires. I think it was Chevy V8 powered. Sat too high off the ground for me, the paint was great!
