James is regretfully selling his CJ-3A. The jeep was extensively rebuilt by Sam from Flatfender Willys (now in Chino Valley) and Sam says he’ll be happy to answer any questions it should the new owner have any. If you are looking for a nearly stock jeep that really is turn key, this is a great option.
Amazing work. What a jeep… most of us would spend way more than this to get another to this condition. Good luck to the seller.

Amazing Jeep! Totally agree with Dan. This is worth every penny he is asking! I haven’t seen a cj3a in this good of condition in years and its mostly stock too. Sam at Flatfender Willys is such an amazing guy and does beautiful work! Good luck to the seller.
The guy looking for those tires – my son-in-law has a set w/wheels on the CJ2a site and they were pictured here on ewillys a few weeks ago – I think he still have them. He has made a WWII military our of a CJ2A and now has combats and military tires. These listed tires were in new condition used for parades.
I’d like to see detail on how that rear cushioning was done and see what is supporting the rear cross section. It looks like a better parade option then a stock rear seat. I wonder how it would look in a M38 with military OD canvas.

The rear cushioning is just supported by a bracket. If you don’t like it you can just remove it. The rear seat good for parading, hunting, and just driving around town with your kids and friends.

I bought a set of super traxion tires for my jeep not long after my post.
If that Jeep was in the east I would own it!
